How Much Does It Cost To Work With You?
The cost of working with us varies depending on the scope of the project.
For SEO, we have a set of packages tailored to meet the needs of businesses targeting local and low-competition areas, high-competition areas, multiple high-competition areas, and national/e-commerce scale. Our monthly retainers start from $2,500 per month and go up to more than $6,000 per month.
It’s important to keep in mind that investing in digital marketing can yield significant long-term benefits and return on investment (ROI) for businesses. Our goal is for our efforts to earn your monthly retainer back for your business, and then some. Before embarking with us, we make sure you calculate and understand how many leads and sales we need to achieve to reach an ROI breakeven.

How Long Does It Take To See Results?
Results for 5 Twelve are primarily measured in conversions.
For SEO, we do keep track of website rankings, organic traffic, and website events such as form completions, purchases, phone clicks and email clicks and highlight the data around these in our monthly touchpoints and reporting. Again, we are at the mercy of the Google algorithm and platform, so ultimately, SEO efforts can typically take 6-8 months to see consistent, sustainable results.
How Do You Measure Success?
We measure success by analysing various metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates (enquiries, calls and sales), and ROI (return on investment). By monitoring and analysing these metrics, we can continuously optimise and improve our strategies to ensure our clients achieve their consistently evolving marketing goals.What Level Of Communication Can I Expect?
Before we commence, we’ll typically jump on 1-3 video calls to work out your goals, set your expectations, and begin strategising the campaign/s.
We create a live dashboard with all of your data to collect in a simplified way for you to keep track of performance whenever you like.
Each month, we will send you a report with your data, notes about what the data means, a log of what we’ve been up to and plans for the coming months. We’ll also organise a work-in-progress (WIP) each month where we can catch up with a coffee in person or over Zoom, run through the report, any questions and concerns, and discuss the coming plans.
We like to work closely with our clients to develop and maintain a personalised strategy for SEO. Communication is integral, so we made sure to bundle up time to chat into our package costs. With this in mind, we have a lot of respect for our clients and their time, and we only work with clients who have the same respect for us.
